About The RoleAs a Quality Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineering and manufacturing operations meet customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements. You will support the Quality Manager, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate compliance activities and help drive continuous improvement across the business.This role is ideal for someone with a methodical mindset who thrives on structure, accuracy and supporting others to work to best practice standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, update and control quality documentation (SOPs, audit reports, inspection records and compliance logs)Support internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation is available and accurately presentedManage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and track corrective/preventative actions (CAPA)Assist with customer and supplier compliance requests and collate evidence where requiredHelp ensure the business meets ISO, industry and customer compliance standardsCoordinate calibration records, equipment certificates and traceability documentationMonitor document control processes to ensure version accuracy and document integrityProvide administrative support to the Quality and Production teamsSupport continuous improvement activities and help embed quality culture across the businessWhat We're Looking ForExperience working in engineering, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, processing or similar technical environmentStrong administrative background with excellent organisational skillsHigh attention to detailaccurate data input, proof-reading and document controlAbility to follow structured processes and maintain compliance standardsConfident communicator able to work with people at all levelsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) or QC/QA processes beneficialExperience supporting audits, quality teams or compliance functions highly advantageousWhy this company?Be part of a stable, growing business with a strong engineering/manufacturing reputationWork in a team that values quality, improvement and professional developmentChance to influence compliance standards and contribute to operational efficiencySupportive environment with opportunities to expand your quality/technical knowledgeCompetitive salary, benefits and excellent long-term prospectsReady to Apply?If youre a quality-minded administrator who loves structure, accuracy and supporting best-practice standards within a technical environment, wed love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
