**Join our Team at Dusk - Head of Product Quality and Compliance**

As the Head of Product Quality & Compliance at Dusk, you’ll lead the development and execution of a robust quality control strategy that underpins our sourcing and product standards. You’ll work closely with our Asia-based sourcing teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality measures across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all quality control processes meet local and international compliance standards, including regulatory and safety requirements.
- Oversee the administration of quality control processes, ensuring inspection records, corrective actions, and quality data are accurately tracked and maintained.
- Analyse quality control data to identify trends, address recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sourcing teams to ensure a consistent and adequate supply of spare parts for after-sales support.
- Develop streamlined processes for spare parts ordering, tracking, and distribution in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Stay updated on compliance changes and incorporate them into quality control practices.
- Maintain necessary compliance documentation and ensure product certification aligns with company and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary link between UK-based buying, merchandising, and warehouse teams and the Asia sourcing team, facilitating alignment on quality expectations & product standards.
- Facilitate regular communication across teams to share updates on quality metrics, spare parts inventory, and changes in quality control processes.
- Supervise the Quality Control Administrator and provide operational support for quality control functions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards, encouraging accountability and proactive problem-solving.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in quality control platforms such as Qarma, with demonstrated experience in data tracking, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge regional and departmental gaps with experience working effectively in matrix organisations.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting QC data analysis, identifying trends, and driving process improvements.
- Solid project management capabilities, particularly in cross-departmental initiatives involving instruction manuals, spare parts, and quality strategy.
- Flexibility to be based full-time in Leeds or Doncaster, with a willingness to travel internationally (Asia).
