- 37.5 Hours per week

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Maintain system reference files and NHS Number Tracing.
- Undertake and supervise system mergers in a timely and efficient manner to allow for service continuity.
- Provide high quality support to all users in the configuration and use of the Lorenzo EPR system, and other systems. This includes logging on to their computer remotely and guiding them to a solution to their problem.
- Build and configure outpatient clinics, create letter templates using complex conditional formatting techniques.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the Trust -**
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good level of I.T. Literacy
- System knowledge of Lorenzo and PinPoint (desirable)
