Cloud21 isa consultancy and managed services company that supports the NHS to meet a number of national objectives to digitise and integrate health and care services.
Cloud21 has developed informatics and digital transformation strategies, built business cases, advised on policies, delivered cyber security services, provided implementation teams and managed delivery from small upgrades of systems to a £1b, 10-hospital programme.
**What’s your role?**
For this role you will be providing high level efficient and effective administrative, providing secretarial and project support.
You will be part of an organisation that supports a full EPR implementation through all stages of digital transformation.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist PMO Managers/ Project Managers in the completion of documentation required by Trusts governance processes
- Assist with the creation and/or completion of regular project templates and tracking documentation as required
- Maintain project organization charts (if required) and key stakeholder contacts and distribution lists as required from the project communications plan
- Arranging and set up project meetings in the diary
- Act as a key point of contact for the project or programme
**Qualifications / Skill**
For this position, the following requirements apply:
- Must have previous experience of providing project support and all associated administration
- Excellent communications skills, written and oral
- Ability to follow complex instructions and to multitask and /or adjust plans accordingly
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work without close supervision
- Previous experience of working for the NHS or within the healthcare sector would be highly beneficial although is not mandatory.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £200.00-£240.00 per day
