**Salary**: £28,000

Ingeus are currently looking for a debt advisor to provide participants on the Restart scheme informed support, appropriate information, and specialist advice to alleviate the additional stress generated by their financial circumstances and subsequently,allowing them to focus on getting back into Employment.

**As the Debt Advisor, you will**:

- Provide confidential advice and support to participants to support them with money management and income maximisation, to help, support and improve their financial situation.
- Liaise with third parties on behalf of a participant, when appropriate.
- Provide money advice group sessions and workshops, including opening a bank or post office accounts, as well as help participant to budget and understand credit options

**To be the Debt advisor, you will**:

- Have recent experience of providing money management advice
- Have experience of working in a performance target driven environment
- Have experience of working in a dynamic and evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities

The Restart Scheme is a specially designed programmed which gives participants who have been out of work for 9 plus months, intensive and tailored support to help find sustained work in their local area.
