**Working Pattern**:Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00 Optional Evenings 18.00-22.00 M/T/W from 20th November Optional Sat/Sun 09.00-15.00 from 20th November Evenings & Weekends Time and a Half.

**Main duties include**:

- Understanding the full range of products (Gift Cards and Confectionery) and services so as to respond to customer enquiries, provide information and support promotional campaigns.
- Provide an excellent level of customer support.
- Effectively utilise the in-house automated information systems.
- To build relationships to win support for the benefit of the business.
- Work successfully with others - valuing and utilising the different skills of colleagues across the organisation.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, promoting free-flowing communication.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Work efficiently during peak-periods whilst maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the employer or Line Manager.
- Willingness to work extra shifts in the 6 week run up to Christmas.

**Requirements**:

- GCSEs to include Maths & English at or above grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Customer facing background.
- Strong organisational and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within organisations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Flexibility around working hours especially in the weeks leading to key holidays.
- To be well organized and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude.
- Keen and willing to learn while developing new and existing skills.
