This is a Monday-Friday, office based, Part time position -9:30 - 14:30
Your varied role as a Facilities Administrator will include:
- Communicating with clients and staff in regards to on going jobs and scheduling the teams jobs
- Create invoices, confirming correct rates and filing accordingly
- Inputting supplier / sub contractor invoices
- Management of fleet, MOT's, vehicle tax
To succeed as a Facilities Administrator you will have:
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
- Proven facilities administrator or contracts administration would be beneficial
Due to location access to own transport is essential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Solihull, B90 2BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
