We are looking for a new apprentice to join our Solihull Office.

**You Will**:

- Have some administration experience
- Demonstrate initiative
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients and staff members
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
- Be computer literate
- Ideally have some maintenance / Facilities experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all incoming and outgoing post and distribute between departments
- Update and track incoming and outgoing DX
- Assist with various reprographics work such as copying, scanning, printing
- Assist the Facilities Manager with various maintenance tasks
- Place stationery orders
- Distribute stationery, staff kitchen and hospitality items
- Carry out various maintenance checks and audits under the Facilities Manager’s supervision
