The scope of the role
Supporting the senior management team with all aspect of administration to ensure training and facilities are compliant.
The essence of the role
- Advertise recruitment vacancies, HR onboarding and arranging inductions
- Book training for staff members, both in-house and with external training providers
- Manage client CRM system and personal data
- Assist additional premises with administration tasks, such as booking in maintenance and facilities checks
- Support the care managers with filing, dealing with incoming enquiries, sending out brochures
Prerequisites
- Ideally have a valid enhanced DBS Check
- Happy to work part time hours and be on site 5 days a week
- Be confident using Excel and dealing with training provider
- Excellent written communication skills
