**Training Co-ordinator (Part - Time)**

**£22 - £25k pro rata**

Cohesion is a recruitment and workforce solutions business, providing outsourced recruitment support for both Social Care organisations, and organisations recruiting Early Talent (Graduates, Apprentices and Placements).

Due to expansion, we have created a new dedicated role to ensure delivery of training to our Cohesion colleagues to the highest standards within the organisation.

The role will include:

- Delivery and co-ordination of initial starter on-boarding and induction
- Delivery and co-ordination of new starter and ongoing ‘Best Practise’ training for all teams
- Creating relevant in-house training programmes and resources for staff
- Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities
- Evaluation and monitoring of training take-up and outputs
- Training needs assessment

Your key talents will include:

- Enthusiasm, drive and a self-motivation
- A background in recruitment (desired)
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Experience of delivering training both in person and online
- Confidence and patience working with individuals and small groups
- Regular ideas on better ways of delivering training
- Strong communication skills
