Title – Compliance Co-ordinator
Location – Solihull
The FM Bid Writer is tasked with the creation of effective yet imaginative responses to pre-qualification and tender questionnaires; working with other stakeholders from around the division to acquire pertinent information and data. The Bid Writer will promote the Galliford Try business, through high quality written submissions.
What you will be doing:
- Provide compliance support to the FM team and assist the Head of Compliance with audits, reviews, and reporting
- Conduct Quality Audits and Compliance Tracker Reviews in line with the GTFM audit programme
- Produce audit reports, track non-conformities, and carry out follow-up audits to verify corrective actions
- Identify and share good practices and lessons learned across internal teams and the supply chain
- Support monitoring of compliance with the Business Management System and assist with protocol updates
- Contribute to Quality Management Reviews, trend analysis, and the development of improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support, attend key compliance meetings, and cover for the Head of Compliance when required

- Aware of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and adheres to company health and safety policy and procedures.

- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A highly organised approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time.
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team.
Auditing experience (HS&E or Quality).
