Part Time Receptionist/administrator

**Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist**
**Schedule**:
- **Fixed Days - Thursday and Friday 1pm till 6pm**:
- **One Saturday per month**:
- Additional hours as needed to **cover staff holidays**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as required
- Provide holiday cover for other reception staff
**Requirements**:
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to cover occasional additional shifts
