**What will you do? Make an impact**:
**Main purpose of job**:
The primary role will be that of Operations Supervisor based at the Tradebe Inutec Winfrith site, plus occasional work required at customer sites.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Operations Supervisor**
- Supervision of the operation teams including Tradebe Inutec and contract staff on the Winfrith site. Includes extended hours working and periods of working outside normal hours. Includes day-to-day responsibility for operations and safety. Interaction with customers is an important aspect.

**Operational Support**
- Support to Inutec operational works including enabling documentation, plant set-up, commissioning and decommissioning, and plant operations as required by the Business.

**Business Development Support**
- Provide technical input and knowledge as required to optimise tasks/operations and plan future work tasks. To support documentation preparation in support of bid submissions for Operational tasks.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Basic mechanical/electrical skills and understanding to support both the operation and maintenance of plant.
- A good knowledge of the safety regulations required to operate on a Nuclear Licensed Site.
- Communication skills.
- Customers relations.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience of running plant operations within Radioactive Waste Management industry.
- Experience of running waste operations/waste treatment plants.
- Team building and people skills.
