Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team, based in the Dorset area of the South West, working on contracts in Dorchester.** **You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of OTE £40,000 per annum Plus Company Van Plus Excellent Benefits.

**Responsibilities for this Electrical Site Supervisor will include**:
Manage and supervisor trade operatives and sub-contractors
Consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service, covering all maintenance and repairs
Assist in the implantation of processes for the continuous improvement of the organisation’s performance management plans
Ensure the results of inspection and testing of electrical work is recorded accurately
Effectively manage all works

**What we are looking for in our ideal Electrical Site Supervisor**:
Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, qualified supervisory experience, and will ideally have experience of working within a social housing environment. 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations and ECS Gold card qualifications are essential.
