Relief Care Supervisor

McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional **Relief** **Care Supervisor** to join our team at our prestigious **Bowes Lyon Court**development in** Poundbury, Dorset.**

Built in 2016, Bowes Lyon Court is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 62 apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds.

**Hourly rate**:£15.00 per hour day rate and £12.24 per hour SLEEPING night rate. Plus an additional £1 per hour for every hour worked from midnight Friday, to midnight Sunday.

**Hours**: To cover shifts on an 'as and when' basis when required, to be discussed with the development Manager.

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Relief Care Supervisors between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- **You will live within easy commuting distance of our estate.**
- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
