Pub Supervisor

The Trumpet Major is a quintessential British pub. Situated near the town of Dorchester and nestled between the novelist Thomas Hardye’s 19th Century town house and the modern Dorchester rail line, it boasts the most beautiful aspects of old and new with grandiose inside dining spaces and a large wrap-around garden.

Under new management, The Trumpet Major is set for its big 'come up' and we are looking for the right people to drive it to success.

As part of the pub’s management team, you’ll help to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and team as well as being proactive and encouraging with overseeing the team and day to day operations of the business. This is a Front of House facing role so you’ll need to be knowledgeable when taking orders, serve our fantastic food and drinks, be passionate about providing brilliant customer service and care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.
