We are looking for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping in management of a busy housekeeping department with 28 beautiful hotel rooms.

**Your duties will include**:

- Reporting to Head Housekeeper and General Manager
- Supporting Head Housekeeper in daily operations
- Running the shift on HHK absence
- Supporting in managing rota and making sure staff levels fit to the business needs
- Checking rooms after cleaning
- Supporting the housekeeping team with ongoing training
- Assisting the housekeeping team to meet their daily targets - “hands-on” and support in cleaning rooms if necessary
- Complying with all company health and safety, policies and reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards

- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality
- A hands on approach and will lead from the front and by example
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs but no evening shifts
- Self-starter qualities, be ambitious, passionate with good leadership skills
- Experience in supervising Housekeeping team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
