**Business Development Manager | West London | Full Time | £35,000 + DOE | Uncapped Commission | Hybrid Position **
Catercall provides a nationwide commercial cateringmaintenanceand installation service, looking now to focus on appliance sales.We boast an ambitious growth plan, a wealth of established clients and manufacturer partner opportunities.
The main purpose of this role is to identify and convert leads into orders. You will manage and maximise existing relationships and partnerships and assist the national sales manager in developing the knowledge and performance of the wider sales team.
You will be a goal-focussed highly driven professional with confidence, a high level of quality in work and a likeable personality.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Minimum 3 years proven sales track record demonstrating consistent over-achievement of sales target.
- Previous experience/Industry knowledge of commercial catering would be a distinct advantage however this is not essential.
- Auto Quote experience would be an advantage
- Full UK Driving licence - maximum 6 points
- Experience dealing with a diverse background of customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- High standard of planning and organisation skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- The drive and motivation to succeed in the role
- Customer focussed and trustworthy
**What will your role as a Business Development Manager look like?**
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with relevant notes from all follow up calls and activities
- Working closely with National Sales Managers to ensure area revenue targets are met
- Attending client visits and site meetings
- Detail analysis on key accounts spend to identify areas of growth, or areas of drop off and how this can be rectified.
- Preparation of relevant costing spreadsheets where required on larger contracts.
- To Maintain and grow existing customers spend through adding new lines - Developing and sustaining Long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and profitability.
- Maximising incoming enquiries from existing customers and new prospects
- Utilising technology wherever possible to increase efficiency - such as zoom/team’s meetings to progress opportunities.
- Achieving KPI’s set in relation to successful proactive calls and new prospect meetings secured
