Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team at Okehamption on Devon.

We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail and will enjoy working in a small, but dedicated team, to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and supporting our customer.

This role is being offered on a permanent basis covering 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities
Work orders processing

Data capture and input

Scanning and filing

Mail services

Produce and coordinate reports

Auditing records

Diary management

Typing

Note-taking during meetings

Managing Stationary and Purchase Orders

Operate office and communications equipment effectively

Answering incoming telephone calls

Fee earning and third party income

Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook

A good level of numeracy and literacy and proven admin or support services experience (desirable)

Experience of communicating with stakeholders

Office and administration skills

Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards

Ability to follow processes within time constraints

Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages

Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.

Annual leave allowance will increase in recognition of your continued service.
