_**Support Worker Required - 16 / 25 Hours.**_

You will be supporting a young male adult age 24 with his morning personal care/dressing and breakfast routines. Then supporting the client to his club or activity for the day. The client has Chromosome Deletion, learning difficulties, hearing and visual impairments and uses a wheelchair while out in the community.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Health and Social care settings is required.

Experience Desirable: Learning Disabilities, Visual Impairments, Hearing Impairments

**Hours of Service**:
Days to be arranged Depending on hours required and avaliability

- Glasgow, G4 0SF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
