We are recruiting a Support Worker to support four individuals who live in their own homes in the Penilee (G52) area of Glasgow. They are active in the community and enjoy a wide range of activities including shows, ice‑hockey, cinema, walks and crafts. As we have a house vehicle, the successful applicant must hold a UK Manual driving licence. Key Responsibilities Your main goal will be to provide the right support so that the individuals can be as independent as possible and make their own choices. You will spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives. Day shifts are between 7 am – 7 pm or 8 am – 8 pm and will require flexibility to work some weekends.
