**About The Role**:
**Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers near **Bellahouston Park in Glasgow** We can offer you a **flexible ‘bank’ contract**, with shifts that fit around your existing commitments.**
- The service supports four gentlemen who currently and previously have displayed challenging behaviour. Experience of challenging behaviour would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Staff must be resilient when working in service and be able to come up with new ideas/activities to share with the team that may interest and stimulate the gentlemen.

The shift pattern in place currently is 8am-8pm usually 12 hour shifts and there may be the opportunity to cover nightshift duties which would also be a 12 hour shift from 8pm-8am.

**A full UK driving license is essential for this role.**

**About You**:
Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.
