Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies and PPE inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic computerized tasks
- Uphold phone etiquette standards at all times
- Assist HR Manager in processing weekly timesheets
- Provide absence cover for Procurement Administrator when required
- Provide assistance to the Design and Document Control Department on a daily basis (full training provided)
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Business Admin Level 3 or above qualification
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- Experience in a contruction environment desired but not essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
