**Apprentice Business Administration Assistant**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Keeping the scheduling system up-to-date and accurate
- Inputting data
- Generating quotes and allocating jobs to the field engineers
- Liaising with internal and external clients and customers and engineers
- Providing a high level of customer support
- Updating spreadsheets
- General administration duties and Reception duties to include maintaining the reception area
- Helping with sales duties which include generating leads lists, cold calling and setting up appointments and meetings
- Booking in interviews and going through job applicants

**Apprenticeship Qualification - Business Administrator Level 3**

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hr lunch break

£225.00 per week based on working 37.5 hours per week (30 min unpaid lunch)

**Skills and Qualities**
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement when to take ownership of a situation, when to delegate, when to escalate
- Well-structured, demonstrating good initiative and hard-working
- Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
- Able to demonstrate a passion for client care
- Positive, organised and enthusiastic approach

GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above in English and maths

**Salary**: £225.00 per week
