Customer Insight Manager - £350 per day (Negotiable) / Hybrid / London
An incredible Local authority for a London Borough is seeking a Customer Insight Manager to research customer experience and behavior, to help support and provide the best experience possible and improve Community Wellbeing.
You will be responsible for providing specialist guidance and advice on using insight and knowledge to drive improvement.
Duties include:
- Lead on all research and insight related matters for Community and Wellbeing
- Work with Senior Leadership Team to strategically plan the future direction and delivery of services
- Improve business performance and the experiences of service users and stakeholders using intelligence and research insight
- Generate, collate and interpret information and intelligence
- Act as the departments link to relevant research communities
- Keep up to date with major developments in community wellbeing services
- Provide line management, coaching and direction
Desirable experience:
- Knowledge of contemporary research methods
- Track record of achievement at a management level in a similarly large and complex organisation
- Communicating and influencing skills
- Effective project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of research methods
- Educated to degree level in a relevant research or insight discipline
