An exciting employment opportunity has arisen in the Multiple Sclerosis Department based at University Hospital of Wales for an individual who has experience and knowledge of secretarial, administrative procedures and systems.

This position requires an enthusiastic and experienced individual to work within the administration team with the support of MS Data Manager and MDT Data Co-ordinator.

Key skills required include ability to work autonomously, excellent communication and typing skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.

To be responsible for effectively co-ordinating and organising the workload of the Helen Durham Centre regional multi-disciplinary MS Team to include the provision of a comprehensive administrative/secretarial service. To be responsible for accurate monitoring and provision of MS treatments prescribed through the service across several Health Boards.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
