**Purpose of Role**

Responsible for supporting the Stock Controller and maintain accurate stock records to support other departments in achieving service level agreements for customers and minimising costs.

**Main Tasks and Objectives**
- Implement and maintain stock check schedule for all stock locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records by carrying out stock checks in line with the stock check schedule.
- Perform cyclical stock checks ensuring integrity and accuracy and take responsibility for planning these.
- Be willing to travel to multiple Vista’s forward stock locations for physical stock audits. This includes overnight stays.
- Ensure regular deliveries are sent to and received from fourth party repairers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Produce accurate shipment manifests in line with the fourth party repairer’s requirement.
- Liaise with forth party repairers as a point of contact for any enquiries or issues.
- Investigate and amend stock caught up in the spares loop.
- Review and action slow moving, obsolete stock and storage locations regularly.
- Liaise with other departments to co-ordinate and complete customer exits and new customer transitions.
- Reconfigure storage areas to meet the demands of stock intakes and removal.
- Ensure stock is held in the correct locations and keep receiving locations up to date.
- Administer stock adjustments accurately for audits and recording purposes.
- Provide feedback for stock improvement and highlight areas of concern.
- Assist the Stock Co-ordinators and managers with holiday cover or high workload.
- Track assets if lost and carry out investigations when required.
- Implement improvement processes to ensure the company’s inventory is accurate.
- Check and adjust warehouse information held on company database.
- Identify and report stock shortages and liaise accordingly with relevant departments.
- Deal with any stock based queries and carry out asset tracking.
- General administrative duties to support the warehouse and logistics team.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to and raise health and safety concerns to their manager when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the stock manager or stock controller in order to meet department objectives.

**Outcomes and Deliverables**:

- Be a role model and promote high standards of compliance for stock.
- Stock is correct and available at all stock locations when required.
- Stock audits and management systems are current and correct.
- Help to promote high standards of performance within the administration and co-ordination function.
- Minimise discrepancies and issues with stock.
- Customer SLAs are not delayed due to stock inaccuracies.
