**Description**:
As the Administrative Supporter, you will play an important role supporting the Engagement team with administrative tasks at St Petrocs Peat House office in Truro.

St Petrocs have a variety of administrative duties in the day to day running of their services and under the supervision of the Engagement Manager you will be a key team member in supporting these activities. We would require your help for a minimum of 2 hours per week and more hours if you are available and anytime on Mon to Fri between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.

**What you'll be doing.**:
You will be working closely with the Engagement Team and tasks may include (depending on what you are comfortable doing):

- Answering the telephone.
- Processing of donations and gifts in kind.
- Preparation and organising of materials and equipment for planned events.
- Creation of welcome packs for supporters.
- Completion and sending of thank you postcards/cards.
- Packing of goody bags.
- Photocopying.
- Opening of post.
- Recycling.
- Other general administrative tasks as required by the team.

**Essential Criteria**
- Commitment to our service and client group.
- Reliability and agreement on how much time you can commit to the role.
- Responsibility for own and others health and safety whilst undertaking the tasks.
- Can maintain confidentiality as required.
- Provide a friendly welcome to any donators and visitors to the office.
- Able to make own arrangements for travel to St Petrocs, Peat House, Truro.
