The role As a Facilities Management Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide essential administrative support as part of the Babcock Facilities Management team at RNAS Culdrose, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of site services. Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities: Liaise effectively with facilities stakeholders, customers, sub-contractors, and visitors; review Risk Assessments when trained and required Manage correspondence distribution and perform routine administrative and clerical duties Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage internal and external communications Oversee stock control with the site delivery team, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment of supplies. This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall. Essential experience of the Facilities Management Administrator Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, strong diplomacy, and confident problem‑solving abilities Highly flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support any task or query with excellent customer service. Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
