**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
**Up to £22,000-£24,000 per annum dependent on experience**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is an extremely varied role and will require you to complete a wide range of administration tasks. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general, finance and HR administrative duties. The role would suit someone with similar administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a sales administration, PA, or account management role.
- **Provide effective HR administration and support**
**Recruitment & Selection** - carry out administrative processes in the recruitment process e.g., prepare recruitment documents, organise recruitment timetables, place adverts, undertake necessary employment checks including DBS, right to work, medical checks and references.
**On-boarding and Induction** - administer the process for new employees e.g., prepare files, contracts, offer letters and process all employment paperwork and checks.
**HR Database and Reporting** - inputting information and providing reports.
**Provide effective Finance administration and support**
**Finance Administration** - carry out all finance administration including but not limited to processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders and assist in the preparation of purchase summaries. You will also assist the Finance Manager in creating financial reports and ordering supplies and/or stationery.
Provide general administration and support
You will deal with any overflow calls to the main Bainland number and assist guests with any queries. Additionally, you will assist the management team in general administrative tasks such as taking minutes and organising meetings.
**Hours of Work**
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week which will be worked between Monday and Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work flexibly and those hours necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
**ABOUT YOU - Essential Requirements**
- Be experienced in an office administrative role.
- Good standard of education including Administration, Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent qualification).
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Services or have the relevant work experience.
- An excellent level of computer knowledge. Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases are essential. Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a proven ability to organise priorities and work well under pressure to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills together with customer care skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team in a demanding and fast paced environment.
