Provide a proactive People Partnering service that is aligned to your region and works closely with the business to enhance team performance, foster, and nurture strategic people enablers such as talent, leadership, and culture, as well as develop people solutions, to achieve the organisation’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the Business Development Manager with all People related activities to support their region in achieving their Game Plan.
- To support Practice Managers and the Business Development Manager to achieve the right levels of team to turnover costs (T2T), through identifying and delivering the right team structures, team plans, managing absences, talent management and succession planning.
- To support, coach and develop Practice Managers to proactively manage any employee issues, such as performance, attendance, grievances. Be able to use data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your business area.
- To work with the People Director to identify and deliver key people initiatives, and projects, that drive the people agenda. Identifying and addressing barriers encountered.

**About you**
- High level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, practices and strategies.
- Proven track record of understanding key drivers and working in partnership with managers to measurably improve people management practices.
- Strategic business partnering background operating as a true commercial partner through the delivery of value added activity.
- Substantial experience of driving employee engagement initiatives.
