HRLife is partnering with a growing, people-centric business to recruit a pro-active People Business Partner for a bright, dedicated and commercial client group in the UK. Working for an award-winning business who are passionate about delivering a firstclass service to their clients, this role would suit someone who strives for excellence and knows what good looks like.

This is a brand new role due to recent growth and offers an opportunity to allow someone to come in and shape the role and work with talented business leaders who truly believe in their people; developing them to ensure they attract and retain some of thebest people in the industry.

Working closely with senior business leaders, you will influence the people strategy for your division and be heavily involved with supporting and advising on talent development, performance, recruitment and engagement, partnering with the Centres of Excellenceto make things happen.

You will have worked previously as an HRBP, truly partnering with a dedicated area of the business to drive initiatives, recommend new ways of working, and evolve the way the business operates to meet the growing demands of the business.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Providing strategic and day to day support to deliver the people plan
- Using previous experience in talent development and people management to make an impact in key areas such as retention, development, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Liaising with the Centres of Excellence to support hiring processes to ensure the best people are brought into the business
- Supporting and coaching line managers to drive performance and engagement

This is a great role for someone who knows the value of true business partnering, has been integral to shaping and driving a people strategy, and can demonstrate they’ve delivered people initiatives that have impacted performance and engagement.

c.1-2 days a week will be required in their head office in Oxfordshire/London
