**HR People Partner**

We have registered an exciting generalist HR role, working in collaboration with a portfolio of business units to deliver our client's ambitious people agenda. The HR People Partner will work as part of a team to deliver a proactive and people-oriented peopleservice across the full employee lifecycle - including workforce planning, recruitment, talent management and employee relations.

**HR People Partner Responsibilities**

As the HR People Partner, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the delivery of the people strategy and providing a proactive people service and ER support
- Supporting business decision making with data and reporting
- Improving employee experience
- Bringing people plans to life from recruitment to exit
- Guiding and supporting people managers to enable them to develop their people management capabilities
- Improving processes and procedures
- Leading on specific projects and managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

**HR People PartnerExperience**

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD qualified although not essential if you can demonstrate the relevant depth of working experience within a broad and varied generalist HR role. You will be results-drivenand people-focused with a successful track record of delivering HR and people support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to employee relations, case management and advising on all HR matters operationally and strategically. You will possessexcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the gravitas and credibility to liaise with employees at all levels of seniority and build meaningful relationships. You will be comfortable working in a demanding and fast paced environment withstrong understanding of business operations and be able to take ownership within an entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment.

**Location**

Our client is based in Abingdon (OX14)

The full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. During your training period you will be expected to be in the office 1-2 times a week; the offices are modern and open plan, offering plenty of opportunities for collaboration. There is on-site parking as wellas nearby transport links.

Hybrid/remote working is available as required.
