Executive Assistant
You'll keep our senior consultants running smoothly by managing the details that matter. You'll protect their time, track what needs doing, and make sure nothing gets missed—so they can focus on the brilliant, high-impact work that wins us awards.
You'll be the calm in the storm, bringing order to complexity and becoming the right-hand person we can't do without.
This job's for you if:
You get satisfaction from making busy people run smoothly. You're proactive, dependable, and great at keeping things moving without being asked twice.
You're organised. Care about the details and take ownership of what you manage. Work independently, but always in support of the wider team.
You understand how to enable flexibility without letting it turn into chaos. You know when to protect time for deep work and when a quick message beats another meeting.
You'll be free to work your way
Work flexible hours at home and in the office (for all the life moments that don't fall on weekends). You'll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you'll get a month-long, paid sabbatical.
