Altum Consulting is partnering with a global conglomerate to hire an experienced Programme Manager - S/4 Hana. Our client kicked off a series of Finance Transformation Programmes in 2020 and is now in the next phase of their journey. They are consolidatingand aligning all their IT/Technology and driving digital transformation across all processes. The consolidation of their SAP and legacy solutions will be driven by a move to S/4 Hana on a global template. They are in the discovery phase of this journey andneed an experienced Programme Manager - S/4 Hana to support this transformation.
- Partner with SAP, External advisor, Corporate Finance, IT and BU’s to design overall transformation program, incl. detailed project planning, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables
- Manage and update project plan in support of the Fit Gap methodology
- Set up and Coordinate workshops between IT Finance Strategy and Business Unit teams
- Provide regular communications to the project team
- Maintain project scope and define Change Order requirements and recommend corresponding if applicable Perform Risks and Issues Management
- Provide Project Milestone Signoff Document with purpose and dependencies
- Program Governance
- RAID Log, Manage open items list, create and issue status reporting, incl. required executive update
- Escalate project risks and concerns to Project SteerCo
- Support other SAP Projects on the Transformation Roadmap to align to the S4 vision (as required)

**Experience**:

- Have served as a PMO in several SAP ECC and preferably at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA Implementations some of which involve sub-ledger integrations.
- Have led and managed large SAP ECC, S/4 HANA project or Phase 0 projects, with project delivery, design solutions & integrations for various SAP modules
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP Implementation PMO experience, with functional knowledge of any SAP modules Finance and Control
- Championing change approaches and being comfortable implementing project methodology in a dynamic environment
- Strong teaming capability with a focus on managing stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with Senior Stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Familiar with critical path analysis and project dependencies
- Working knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies
