Requirements Generating sales leads through pro-active phone and video calls, e-mail and networking events Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain and develop your network and talent pool Learning about your sector to become a specialist and seen as a trusted Recruitment Consultant Generating talent through online job boards and social media channels such as LinkedIn Managing your targets Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews If you enjoy working in a high-performance, fast-paced, sales-focused workplace then apply now to have a conversation with us This is a sales-focused career path rather than a HR role.
