Programme management experience to deliver new modern hardware and ticketing solutions across the GTR network.

We are seeking an experienced Programme manager who will travel across the 239 stations and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business and manage various disciplines to upgrade our retail infrastructure within agreed programme timescales.

A flexible approach is required as this role will require extensive travel to install new hardware, test and sign off with core suppliers and frontline colleagues.

Can you bring the following to the role?

**Knowledge**
- Professional Programme Management Qualification
- Ability to scope and articulate hardware programmes into formal Business Cases and programme plans to senior management.
- Develop programme documentation to track programme progress versus key milestones and keep stakeholders informed.
- Familiar with the Procurement tender process

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation
- Excellent programme management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work to multiple deadlines, multi - task and prioritise
- Self-motivated, flexible approach and mentor team members
- Manage programme team members to deliver high quality work and meet deadlines
- Flexible working hours including travel across the GTR network (239 stations) to deliver programmes on time, to quality and budget.
- Can do attitude and agile approach.

**Experience**
- A solid background in **programme** management
- Significant experience of working at a senior level with industry stakeholders
- Experience leading and managing customer facing programmes successfully across large geographical areas from programme conception to completion.
- Project and Programme management experience is essential for this role.
