We are delighted to support the recruitment of a ProgrammeManager to join a new Change Function.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Programme Manager
- Line management and oversight of a team of Senior Project Managers
- Directing and managing key transformation programmes from beginning to end in order to deliver tangible financial and non-financial outcomes and business benefits, ensuring programme outcomes align to OC's strategic vision and goals
- Drafting and submitting business cases, taking into consideration the holistic people, process and technology change required to deliver on the desired strategic goals & business outcomes
- Developing budget proposals and subsequent budget changes where necessary, determining the appropriate type of spend (i.e. CapEx, Revenue and OpEx)
- Developing and managing full-scale, integrated programme plans, including the identification and management of inter-dependencies with other programmes and the critical path
- Proactively identifying and managing key programme risks
- Delivering programme and project progress reports, proposals and presentations to ensure that key governance forums/ stakeholders are able to make effective decisions, in a timely manner and that critical risks and issues are escalated as appropriate
- Coaching, motivating and supervising programme delivery teams (including third parties), influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

**Skills & Attributes** of the Programme Manager
- Proven experience shaping and managing complex, business-wide change and transformation programmes, as supported by existing programme management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE 2, MSP, MoP, PMI, APM)
- A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda
- A high level of technical expertise in portfolio and programme management this includes a full understanding of the technical programme life cycle to facilitate the tangible delivery of business benefits and outcomes
- Experience within the professional services or legal sector or the ability to adjust to a complex Partnership environment is critical
- The ability to manage and influence a complex stakeholder landscape (including c-suite level)
- The ability to build and manage a high performing team, previous line management experience would be an advantage
