**THE ROLE**

As the senior production coordinator you are responsible for supporting the smooth day to day running of the AllSaints photo studio, this includes ecommerce shoots and brand content. You will work closely with the head of content production in maintaining shoot schedules, organising freelancers and keeping the bookings calendar up to date. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and will have good relationship building skills.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Our photo studio team are a talented bunch with a keen eye for detail and an appetite for perfection. The senior production coordinator will report directly to the head of content production and will have the opportunity to gain a full 360 insight into the way our photo studio is run and the way we shoot and style our looks.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Working closely with head of content production in maintaining shoot schedule and freelance bookings calendar across ecommerce and seasonal content shoots
- Supporting the day to day running of the photo studio
- Supporting on seasonal content shoots and in season brand shoots
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure studio critical path is inline with business objectives
- Oversee sample management
- Management of production assistant(s)
- Budget management and reconciliation
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- Previous experience within an ecommerce studio or production environment is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with good listening skills
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and team coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Experience in talent bookings, rate and usage negotiation
- Proactive and independent thinking ability with demonstrated desire to learn and grow
- Strong ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good organisational skills
