We are looking for a part-time **Admin Assistant** to join the team in Billericay. You will be carrying out administrative duties including:

- Filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems
- Providing information to internal colleagues or external enquirers
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinating office procedures
- Developing and updating administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolving administrative problems
- Answering telephone calls, passing them on or taking detailed messages
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues

**About the Role**

Sterling Woodrow are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when dealing with large amounts of financial data.

The ideal **Admin Assistant** will:

- Demonstrates strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Suite (including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have excellent numeracy skill - this role will involve dealing with lots of financial data
- Have Excellent English, verbal and written skills
- Be knowledgeable in office administration procedures
- Be adept at time management
- Have good typing and keyboard skills
- Be effective at managing administrative processes

The personal skills required for the role include:

- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone answering skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A high level of discretion and judgment

**You must be eligible to work in the UK.**
