**Job Overview**

**The Successful Person**:
Numerate, literate and an effective and confident communicator at all levels.

IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Analytical, and able to compile and analyse data.

Organised and a logical thinker with the initiative and the ability to work independently.

Able to work accurately and with keen attention to detail whilst under pressure and, sometimes, to tight deadlines

Keen interest in the retail industry.

Team player.

**The Role**:
Providing essential administrative support and back-up to both the field-based, and head office based merchandising teams.

Working closely with the Junior Merchandiser/Merchandiser on stock management within stores, ensuring availability at all times.

Assisting in the production of weekly sales, stock and availability reports and recommending actions based on analysis and observation.

Helping to manage the Company’s online accounts, checking styles are published correctly and assisting in SKU set-up & product loading.

Communicating with host head offices to ensure the range is set up effectively online.
