**Position: Property Maintenance Coordinator**

**About the Role**: We are looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing Property Management and Maintenance team. In this role, you will work closely with both contractors and clients, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and compliant. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with clients in some of London's most exclusive areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and follow up on maintenance jobs and quotes.
- Conduct quarterly property inspections.
- Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and assist in resolving their maintenance issues.
- Ensure efficient booking and completion of maintenance jobs.

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in property or maintenance.
- Administrative experience (at least 1 year is preferred).

**Additional Information**:
