Field Operations Coordinator - Property MaintenanceLocation: East London (with site visits across Greater London).Full Time.Driving Licence Required.Join One Central Property Maintenance - a fast-growing, people-first company trusted by landlords, letting agents, and housing providers across London. We’re on a mission to raise the bar in property care, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Field Operations Coordinator to help us get there.What You’ll Do:You’ll be the engine room behind our day-to-day field operations - ensuring jobs are logged, allocated, delivered, and closed with precision and professionalism. You’ll work closely with contractors, operatives, and the wider One Central team to keep everything running smoothly on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and assign jobs to our team of contractors and operatives.Make initial site visits to assess job scope and collect accurate specifications.Track progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards.Carry out follow-up inspections for quality control and snagging where necessary.Close jobs off on our internal systems and client portals with reports/photos.Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing standards across all works.Be the go-to point of contact for on-site teams and help resolve any blockers.Assist with onboarding new subcontractors and briefing them on standards.Who You Are:You’re organised, proactive, and great at juggling multiple moving parts.You have a background in property maintenance, construction, housing, or repairs coordination.You’ve got a good eye for detail and don’t let things slip through the cracks.You’re confident visiting sites, working with operatives, and making decisions on the ground.You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using job management platforms and mobile apps.You care about doing things properly -mnot just ticking boxes.What You’ll Need:Previous experience in property maintenance, housing, or operational coordination.Excellent communication and time-management skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to sites across London.A ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine commitment to high-quality service.Why Join One Central?Be part of a values-driven company making a real impact in the property industry.Work alongside a leadership team who care deeply about doing things right.Grow into a senior operations role as we expand across London.Competitive pay, opportunity for growth, and a supportive, fast-paced environment.How to Apply:Send your CV and a short message about why this role excites you.
