**What are we looking for?**

We are recruiting a MDT Coordinator to provide professional, efficient and high quality support and coordination of Multidisciplinary Team meetings and Clinical Governance departments for the partnership between Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) and a specified oncology partner company. This role will be a core team member of the MDT Teams at both CCL and the partner company and will focus on Multidisciplinary Team coordination/administration and supporting with MDT service development and data reporting. Please note the hours for this role will be a total of 37.5 hours per week and you may be required to a shift between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 (Monday - Friday) dependent on service needs.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of using Electronic Medical Records and radiology software system
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels and with a variety of different stakeholders
- Exceptional prioritisation and organisation skills
- Experience working in a private healthcare setting is desirable
