We have an exceptional career opportunity for you to join The Princess Grace Hospital as an MDT Coordinator.

As an MDT Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and administration of multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, cross-departmental collaboration, and project tracking. This role ensures that relevant information is collected, meetings are scheduled and run efficiently, and data is submitted for performance monitoring, reporting, or audit purposes. You will act as a vital link between multiple internal departments, supporting both operational continuity and high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate regular multidisciplinary or cross-functional team meetings
  • Prepare agendas and ensure all required documentation and case materials are available
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and outcomes
  • Track project or service-related progress using internal systems or spreadsheets
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action points and treatment/management decisions
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding changes to schedules, documents, or processes
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with team leads, managers, and administrative staff
  • Attend operational review and planning meetings as required
  • Ensure timely data entry for reports, dashboards, or audits
  • Contribute to regular service or performance reviews by supplying complete and validated data
  • Support digital recordkeeping, database use, and document scanning as required
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot video conferencing and digital meeting tools
  • Cover administrative responsibilities of colleagues during absence or increased demand
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with organisational standards on data protection and information security
  • Identify areas for service improvement and proactively suggest updates to processes or tools

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience within a similar role in healthcare is essential
  • Previous MDT experience is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Database or spreadsheet management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
