**Maintenance coordinator**

**Job description**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the following full-time vacancy located in our office.

The exciting role that we have available is for an Maintenance co-ordinator to join our Property Management team. The role will involve supplying support to the office on a day to day basis.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive business relationships via the telephone are essential. As the position will include dealing with tenant’s queries and maintenance, excellent written English skills are also essential.

Possessing exceptional organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage their own workload and working under pressure.

**New Maintenance co-ordinator**
- Booking in all maintenance jobs (Shared with one other colleague).
- Signing off invoices.
- Property inspections.
- Sign in and out keys for contractors.
- Sharing an out of hours emergency maintenance line with multiple colleagues.
- Booking in and managing services

Maintenance Coordinator Position Requirements

Previous experience within a service coordinator role, within a building services, engineering services or facilities management company

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent time management

Strong administrative skills

Excellent organisation

Strong communication skills

Persistence and patience

Good prioritisation skills

Confident over the phone

Full-time Monday to Friday 8.50am till 5pm - Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
