RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our salons by coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing maintenance requests from our salon locations.
- Liaising with external vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance work.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of work orders, and ensuring all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Organise Health & Safety training and certifications for our salon locations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance coordination or facilities management role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and maintenance management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
