Supervisor

Part Time - 20 hours/variable**average, variable shifts to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, overtime will be available.

As Supervisor you will work alongside the management team to provide support to the entire park. Primary responsibility is dealing with daily activities to achieve exceptional customer service, safety and satisfaction. As part of the onsite management team, the Supervisor will be able to assume the role of “Manager on Duty” as needed.

The customer is at the centre of everything we do. We need an outgoing person who has a strong understanding of how to lead a team in delivering an enhanced customer experience that goes above and beyond expectation.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Delivering fantastic service so our customers have a great visit and want to return. Leading, developing, training and coaching a reliable team and motivate them to a level of competence, to ensure a quality service delivery.

To take responsibility for the day to day running of the trampoline park. Ensuring the site is safe and secure, putting Health & Safety of colleagues and customers at the forefront of what you do.

Pre-empting any problems that may occur and putting permanent fixes in place. When problems do occur, take ownership to resolve problems and empower the team to do the same.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service

Being fully hands on with the day to day running of the park

Opening and closing the site, undertake cash and transaction reconciliation and ensure cash security is maintained and financial procedures are complied with when required

Assist in daily operation, checking in customers, parties, cashiering, scheduling and smooth execution of birthday parties, covering shifts for breaks, maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers and in charge of the overall daily activities

Enforce all safety rules, operating procedures and waiver policies

To train, monitor and develop staff

Lead by example as a senior team member

**Skills and personal qualities**:
Significant solid 2 years+ management experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment

Be able to make decisions using own initiative but involving relevant assistance where necessary

A dynamic individual with a ‘can do, will do’ positive attitude and approach

Strong communication, organisation and Leadership skills

Good teamworking skills, and the ability to motivate a team

Flexible attitude to working patterns and tasks

A customer-focused, approachable and tactful personality

Computer literate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
