The Cover Supervisor Role We are looking for confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Sunderland. You will manage the classroom during teacher absences, deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the lesson.  This role would be suitable for graduates, individuals with a care background or someone who wants to start their career in education. Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor Deliver pre-planned lessons to secondary pupils across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations. Support pupils with their learning and maintain a productive environment. Provide accurate feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
