My client is looking for a lifting supervisor in Sunderland area, lifting down a concrete frame. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all crane and lifting operations on site. Ensure lifting plans are followed and all work is carried out in accordance with LOLER and site safety requirements. Liaise with Appointed Person, crane operators, slingers / signallers, and site management. Conduct pre-lift briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks. Monitor lifting operations to ensure compliance and safe practices at all times. Maintain accurate records and report any issues or incidents immediately. Requirements Valid CPCS / NPORS Crane Supervisor ticket – essential. Proven experience as a crane supervisor in construction or heavy lifting operations. Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, regulations, and site safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and understand lifting plans.
